FEES:
The SENIOR fee includes
- access to the conference with the coffee breaks, lunches & conference bag,
- the welcome reception,
- the excursions,
- the conference dinner,
- the book of abstracts,
- the proceedings.
The STUDENT fee includes the same items except the proceedings.
The ACCOMPANYING PERSON fee includes the welcome reception, the excursions and the conference dinner.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation is NOT INCLUDED in the fee.
Please check with the chosen hotels for room price and availability. The ECAART11 office DOES NOT DEAL with hotel bookings. The ECAART11 office only deals with the booking of a student's room.
